01Apprenticeships

OUR INITIATIVES / 01

Apprenticeships

Real projects. Real mentors. Real experience. Emerging creatives work alongside experienced professionals to build skills, portfolios, and industry relationships across branding, marketing, design, entertainment, and culture.

Apprentices train in brand partnerships, design, and outreach marketing on live client work.

From brand partnerships and outreach to websites, campaigns, and portfolios, participants practice on real projects. Contributions help provide mentorship, software, learning materials, and hands-on professional development.

02Creative
grants

OUR INITIATIVES / 02

Creative
grants

Promising ideas often stall because their creators lack the resources to execute them. Our proposed grants initiative aims to help independent creatives develop original projects through financial assistance and production support.

Grants back films, music, campaigns, publications, and community-centered concepts.

In development — these are proposed program measures, not past results or guaranteed outcomes. Support can help bring original projects to life through equipment, materials, and production resources.

03Events +
showcases

OUR INITIATIVES / 03

Events +
showcases

Creative work deserves to be experienced. We aim to bring emerging talent, independent artists, industry professionals, and communities together through showcases and meaningful cultural experiences.

Participants gain real experience in production, partnerships, and creative presentation.

These describe the proposed program model, not completed event totals. Contributions can support venues, talent, equipment, materials, and participant access.

04Creative
tools

OUR INITIATIVES / 04

Creative
tools

Creative ambition should not be limited by access to professional tools. This initiative aims to connect emerging creatives with the software, equipment, technology, and learning resources they need to build competitive work.

Access covers software, equipment, education, and production resources.

These are program design categories and goals, not historical impact statistics. From websites and brand identities to videos, podcasts, and portfolios, contributions help expand access to resources creatives may otherwise struggle to afford.

05Community
programs

OUR INITIATIVES / 05

Community
programs

Talent alone does not guarantee access to an industry. Our community programming is intended to connect emerging creatives with professionals, collaborators, mentors, and opportunities that help them grow.

Programming builds confidence, knowledge, relationships, and career readiness.

These are proposed focus areas, not measured outcomes. Contributions can make portfolio reviews, workshops, professional conversations, collaborative projects, and mentorship accessible to more emerging creatives.
